Racimo releases “Landing”, their new studio album

Racimo has just released their new album, “Landing”, their fourth studio effort and the direct follow-up to 2022’s “Flying”. This release solidifies a musical narrative with a distinct identity, focusing on pressing contemporary themes. “While the core theme of Flying was about escape, given the current state of affairs, it was time to come back to earth and face a world in crisis—everything that impacts us on a daily basis,” says vocalist Rodrigo Sandoval.

“Landing” features 10 tracks that expand upon its predecessor’s story, maintaining a coherent conceptual thread and a seasoned sound. “We drew from personal and social experiences, as well as news and films that have left a mark on us. We believe this album encapsulates all our influences; it’s a work of pure heart and dedication,” Sandoval confirms.

Produced by Nicolás Arce at AST Studios, the record achieves a robust sound that reflects Racimo’s artistic growth after two decades in the industry. The band delivers compositions with a definitive message, tackling the human experience, internal struggles, and reflections on today’s reality.

The tracklist for “Landing” is:
1 . Sobrevivir
2 . The Landing
3 . Mundo Arder
4 . Luca Brasi
5 . Llueve Sobre Mojado
6 . True
7 . La Oportunidad
8 . Mapa Estelar
9 . Caer
10 . Destino

The album features the single ‘Sobrevivir’, with a music video that served as the first look into this new chapter. The song deals with a near-death experience, exploring the clarity that comes from facing the brink and the urgency of focusing on what truly matters. Directed by Ramón Poveda in collaboration with Habitación Insana, the visual piece blends cinematic storytelling with live performance footage.
