French modern metallers BUY JUPITER Signal The Arrival Of ‘EARTH’ With Three New Singles

Score A/V presents… : BUY JUPITER, the French modern metal/extreme djent/progressive band known for its decade-long science-fiction universe inspired by Isaac Asimov, unveils the first transmissions from their upcoming album ‘EARTH’, due this month on CD & Digital.

Through three new tracks — “Embrace Of The Serpent God”, “The Wake” and “Surge” — the band opens the final chapter of the ambitious Jovian saga initiated in 10 years ago

These first excerpts already reveal the scale and direction of EARTH : crushing rhythmic density, immersive atmospheres, cinematic progression and emotionally charged extremity. BJ continues to develop a sound balancing technical precision, progressive storytelling and live-impact intensity — equally designed for deep listening and devastating stage performances.

“Embrace Of The Serpent God” unfolds through ritualistic tension and oppressive atmospheres, while “The Wake” dives into darker and more introspective territory driven by expansive dynamics and emotional weight. “Surge”, meanwhile, pushes toward pure momentum — a collision of groove, technical extremity and layered aggression crafted for maximum impact.

For the record
Founded in 2013, BUY JUPITER has spent over a decade building one of the most ambitious conceptual frameworks in the French progressive/extreme metal landscape.

Inspired by Isaac Asimov’s short story of the same name, the band developed a fully interconnected science-fiction universe through the Jovian trilogy — ‘Departure’ (2016), ‘Crossworlds’ (2017) and ‘Eclipse’ (2019) — chronicling the fate of workers exiled beyond Jupiter before their return to ‘EARTH’ in the upcoming album.

In parallel with the music itself, each track from EARTH is accompanied by an original short story expanding the narrative universe, reinforcing the band’s long-term artistic vision.

Over 13 years of activity, BUY JUPITER has performed at Sylak Open Air, Lions Metal Fest and Les Lunatiques, sharing stages with Between The Buried And Me, Protest The Hero, Benighted…

With EARTH approaching its May 2026 release, BUY JUPITER enters a new phase — bringing its most immersive, conceptually ambitious and aggressive material to date to wider audiences.
