As new addition to its list of programs, THE PIT VOD platform presents ‘Flame Still Burn’, a documentarydocumentary about parisian booming hardcore scene, from the ashes of COVID to sold out venues. But can this overflowing enthusiasm be enough in the face of an economy in crisis, venues closings, inflation? Can the flame still burns throught it all?
Synopsis
This 30-minute documentary was filmed and produced by videographer Clara Griot, who has already made a name for herself by following groups like Nothing, Cave In, Amenra, Bruit ≤ or Lost In Kiev with camera in hand.
Through live images of French and international groups (Turnstile, High-Vis, GEL, One Step Closer, Sorcerer, Calcine, Mind Awake, etc.) and interviews with key players (Delivrance Records, Paris Hardcore Shows, etc.) , delivers the precious testimony of a certain rebirth of this hardcore scene, weakened by the Covid-19 crisis.
